吉田薫「MORATORY」
 この度、東塔堂にて吉田薫の個展「MORATORY」を開催いたします。タイトルの「MORATORY」は「遅らせること」を意味します。それは、何かを延期することで生まれる緩んだ時間を描いているようにも、作家が制作する速度を指しているようにも思えます。または、画を見る人が描かれた対象が何であるかを判断する時間のことかもしれません。線と面の、実態と無形の境界で線がどのように成立したのか会場にてご覧いただければ幸いです。 - 支払い延期の あともう少しだけ 遅延 しばらくの間やめること - 会場：東塔堂 | Totodo 会期：2024年6月22日［土］→ 7月15日［月］ 時間：13:00-18:00［日曜休み］ 入場：無料 - drawer 吉田薫 線画家。多摩美術大学グラフィックデザイン科卒業。 女性の身体の線を表現する他、 ロゴやうつわなどへドローイングを提供。 instagram: @kaoryosh Kaoru Yoshida - MORATORY Saturday June 22th - Monday July 15th 2024 We are pleased to announce Kaoru Yoshida's solo exhibition "MORATORY" at Totodo. The title means 'to delay'. It seems to refer either to the subject of the artwork, which is the slack time created by postponing plans, or to the speed at which the artist creates the artwork. Or it may refer to the time it takes the viewer of a line drawing to judge what the drawn object is. We hope you will visit the exhibition to see how the line drawing is finished at the boundary between line and surface, reality and formlessness. About the artist Kaoru Yoshida is an artist. Her works are rendered in drawings that express the lines of the female body. She also provides drawings for logos and vessels. |
